Correcting my mistakes

Well i now i realize I did one of my bios on the wrong person. *sigh* so here is my new entry.
Ramaswamy R Iyer:

Ramaswamy R Iyer is an honorary professor at the Centre for Policy Reasearch. He is considered an expert in water resources, political and social economic isssues, public administration and governance issues, and public enterprise. He graduated with honors and a B.A. in English Language and Literature in Bombay, 1948. He went on to also get a masters in English Language and Literature in Bombay, 1948. He recieved a post-graduate diploma in Economic and Social Administration at The School of Economics in London. He was the Secretary of the Government of India. He was the Secretary of Economic Administration Reforms Commission. He was also the Senior Advisor of the International Centre for Public Enterprises at Ljubljana, Yugoslavia which is now Slovenia. He was the Ministry of Water Resources. Post-retirement he was a member of Public Enterprises Selection Board. He has written several books including: A Grammer for Public Enterprises, Harnessing the Eastern Hymalan Rivers, Converting Wealth into Water, Mid-Year Review of the Economy 1993-97, and WATER: Perspectives, Issues, Concerns. He has also written for newspapers, journals, seminar, and conferences.
